As a result of this increasing development in the automotive sector, the increase in capacity and demand has created the automotive supply industry sector. The establishment of this sector and the first steps were taken with the support of manufacturing companies in the form of creating qualified staff in financial and sectoral terms. Although there were many disruptions in the beginning, the development of the sector has reached a great speed due to the intensity of demand both locally and globally. Countries that see the need of the market for the sector have taken steps to take place in the global denominator by encouraging their investors to this sector. Our country has also attracted the attention of foreign investors due to its location, the opportunity to train qualified personnel in the sector due to the majority of the young population, and the variety of products in the sector. In this way, many companies started to operate in the sector with the partnerships established, and the worldwide rise of the sector continued at a great pace. Automotive Spare Parts sector in our country mostly operates in Marmara and Central Anatolia regions. Some of the spare parts produced in the sector can be listed as engine and engine parts, electrical and lighting system, wheels, tires and bearings.

Due to the intensity of the use of brand vehicles such as Hyundai, Ford, Mercedes, Kia, Honda, Tofaş, Price in our country, there has been a great tendency towards these vehicles in the spare parts sector. The automotive sector has become a very important position in this field over the years, with the employment it provides in general. Spare parts are exported from our country to many European and Middle Eastern countries, especially England, Russia, Italy, USA and Iran. The sector, which has become an important part of the local economy, has a very important share in 
the overall export rate.
